From No Experience to Well Trained Shooter

OPTION 1

$50

Need to Qualify for a RI Conceal Carry Permit? If you are practiced and ready, bring your application, your gun and your ammo. I will sign and REVIEW your application and answer any questions you may have regarding the application process. This is private one on one qualification or for a small private party. You will be shooting 25 yards (75 feet) at an ARMY- L target. This option is for the experienced shooter that needs only to QUALIFY with an NRA Instructor for the application.

OPTION 3

$100

Same as OPTION 1, only I provide a .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol, qualification ammo and practice rounds. You bring application. This is private one on one qualification or for a small private party. This option is for the experienced shooter that needs only to QUALIFY with an NRA Instructor for the application but does not have a pistol or ammunition.

OPTION 3

$150

Same as OPTION 2, plus the Basic Pistol Course.

Pistol Safety course then practice on the range, and qualify.

The Rhode Island Concealed Carry License application requires; When you submit your application for the Rhode Island Conceal Carry Permit you need to provide proof that you have been qualified with a pistol or revolver of a caliber equal to or larger than what you intend to carry. The qualification is 30 consecutive shots at the Army 'L' bullseye target. The course of fire is "slow" fire, allowing ten (10) minutes for the firing of each of three (3) ten (10) shot strings. The target is set at a distance of twenty five (25) yards and you must obtain a score 195 or better out of a possible 300 points. See Rhode Island Statutes § 11-47-15 and § 11-47-16.
