You will be taught the basics of setting up a rifle for your mission and the basics of long-range rifle shooting. Class covers: Firearms choices for Hunting, CQB, Designated Marksman, Long Distance, Extended Long Distance Zeroing options, scope choices, MIL vs MOA, first vs second focal planes Ballistics and environment factors that affect the different shooting distances such as wind, temp, altitude, barometric pressure, Coreolis and Zotvos Effects; DOPE and DOPE books, Ammunition choices, minimal gear for each discipline and additional gear . We will tell you where you can find entry level competitions.
